EL GUIA 2021 made with 90% Tempranillo and 10% Old Viura vines from the fresher area in Labastida
EL GUÍA is a blend of 2 different traditional elaboration: some part of the grapes are destemmed and some other not, working with the whole cluster and doing some Carbonic Maceration for increasing the floral style.
Vinification in stainless steel vats filled from the bottom to avoid any kind of damage or mashed grapes.
Due to the structure and fruity style of the vintage 2021, wine has been polished for a couple of months in French barrels in order to get a longer life. We are firmly defenders of the tradition and this kind of easy drinking wines for all consumers.
Color Deep cherry color with blue hints due to the youngness of the wine and the village where vineyards are: Labastida
Nose, some typical reduction when the bottle is opened, a lovely red fruits (strawberry, wild berry) blended with some floral touch (violets) aromas appear and get some intensity.
Mouth Alive, creamy and with some volume. Great and balanced acidity that invites you to drink again. Vibrant and enjoyable wine.
